In addition to producing detailed plans we also act as Planning and Building Control Agents for customers in the South and South West of England, making the application process as easy and straight forward as possible.

A site visit and survey is usually required in order to produce the existing plans of the property where none exist. These are a requirement for a planning application in addition to the plans of the proposed development.

The proposed scheme is discussed fully with you before we draw the plans. Customers then have the opportunity to amend these plans before we submit the agreed concept to the Local Council who will make an informed planning decision.

Any materials and finishes can be accommodated and used where appropriate, in line with Local Council Guidelines.

The company over the past six years has successfully designed numerous approved schemes for customers including Grade 2 Listed properties and also for buildings in Conservation & Waterfront Areas.

We have plentiful experience in using modern timber framed building techniques incorporating Glu-laminated beams or steel beams within the structures to be able to offer very versatile modern spaces within homes.

As well as designing and obtaining all necessary local council consents we also offer a comprehensive building service; from small to large domestic works – renovations, extensions and more at a competitive rate. This is often preferable for customers who desire guaranteed continuity between the design & build stages of their home or project & ensures that the end result reflects the original concepts.
